This Seward Park home was the client’s cherished childhood home, but over the years it had been altered. The client wanted Gaspar’s to restore it to its original design characteristics. Having added a kitchen to the basement in 2020, Gaspar’s recently returned to remodel the main floor and complete the process of reintroducing the original style across the entire home.

The owners of this 1950s home wanted to express their love of color. This whole-house remodel not only transformed their space into a handsome and efficient modern home with wood flooring and improved storage, but it also introduced a splash of color with details like fun green grout in the shower and unique wooden cabinet pulls in the kitchen.

This Blue Ridge home already had amazing views. Gaspar’s Construction added amazing cooking and entertaining space to its repertoire by transforming an interior nook into deck space, opening the home to the outdoors with double-slider doors, installing a new bar in the dining room, and topping it all off with a gorgeous limestone mantel and hearth with coffered ceiling.
