English Hill Whole House Remodel
This home was a 1980s English Hill Buchan on a nice piece of property. The house had good bones but a lot of it was old and worn out.
A new family size laundry room, mudroom, and dog grooming area was added using one of three garage bays, and the entire main level of the home was remodeled including the family, dining, powder, and living rooms, as well as the kitchen and office.
Additionally, the stairway was redone, upstairs windows and front door replaced, and all paint and hardware visible from the entryway was replaced to give a consistent, updated appearance from the two-story entryway and into the home.
Material selections and colors were carefully chosen to create a bright new look while being respectful of the homes traditional look and feel.
