This project was a rewarding experience for PCF Group, as we helped a former law enforcement officer transform his backyard into a relaxing oasis. We removed an old wooden deck and a brick-paved seating area and replaced them with a modern outdoor living space and harmonious landscaping.
PCF Group added 1356 square feet of outdoor living area by building a 636 square foot AZEK English Walnut deck attached to the home with a grand staircase and updated railing. A 720 square foot gable roof was added over a detached patio space that includes an outdoor kitchen, gas fireplace, heaters, and fans. The side of the outdoor living area opens up to a standalone, platform railed deck surrounding a swim spa with an automatic cover.
