Put a Home on the Tour

The Remodeled Homes Tour is an annual event presented by the Remodelers Council of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. The tour showcases homes professionally remodeled by members of the Remodelers Council.

The 2023 tour will be virtual with the option to also participate in-person, and we are excited to once again partner with Brent Loe Photography this year to provide Matterport 360 tours! Entries include a virtual tour with Matterport that will allow attendees to feel like they’re walking through the home.

The virtual tours will be customized with the following:

Remodeled Homes Tour branding
Your company logo for your project(s)
Your contact information
Optional floorplan
Photoshoot with up to five professional images
Virtual tour using Matterport 360 degree cameras
Hosting and support through December 31, 2023 and embedded tour on remodeltour.com

REMODELERS COUNCIL & MBAKS MEMBERS:
$1,500 for first project
$1,250 for second project

NON-RC MEMBERS:
$1,500+$60 RC Membership for first project
$1,250 for second project

Celebrating More Than 20 Years

The tour has been a successful event for more than 20 years, inviting potential customers to come see and experience the best remodeling projects in the region. The tour is free to the public and past attendance has topped 4,000+ visitors. It is backed by a robust marketing program that reaches thousands of homeowners with print, online, social media, and other advertising.

Why Put a Home on the Tour?

Putting a remodel project on the tour is a chance to showcase your expertise. It’s an incredible experience to have a project on the tour, to hear the comments, and answer the questions of visitors to your project. With both virtual and in-person tours, the tour will provide the opportunity to reach thousands of visitors and potential clients.

The virtual tours will be available for you to use in your marketing, extending the reach beyond the tour itself.

Hosting a Virtual Site

For dozens of Remodelers Council members, the annual Remodeled Homes Tour is a chance to introduce the public to your work and connect with potential clients. Imagine being able to pre-qualify 150+ homeowners in a single weekend! The earlier you register your project and schedule your photoshoot, the greater the benefit you’ll get from the tour’s advertising and publicity.

Selection

Once your application is complete, our selection committee will review your submission. If we are unable to include your project on the tour, we will notify you and refund any fees you have paid. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
